Projects

Organize your work into projects with their own members and access.

A project organizes your work in an organization. Your saved sessions, trajectories, and stories all live inside a project, so a project keeps related data together with the right people.

Project roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerManage the project, its data, and its members.
EditorView and modify the project's data.
ViewerRead-only access to the project.

Who can access a project

There are three ways someone gets access to a project:

  • They're an organization Owner or Admin.
  • They're added directly to the project.
  • Their team is assigned to the project.

See Roles & permissions for the full picture.

Who can create projects

Your organization can allow or restrict who may create projects. If you can't create one, ask an Owner or Admin.

Create a project

Open Projects and click Create project.
Give the project a name and an optional description.
Add members directly, or assign a team, and choose each one's role.
Save the project.
