Teams
Group members into teams and use them to grant project access.
A team groups members of your organization — for example, by department or area of work. Teams make it easy to manage access for several people at once.
Team roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Lead | Manage the team and its members. |
| Member | Belong to the team and inherit its project access. |
Teams and project access
When you assign a team to a project, every member of that team gets access to the project — as Editor or Viewer, depending on how you assign it. This is the fastest way to give a whole group the same access.
A person must already be a member of the organization before you can add them to a team. Invite
them first — see Inviting & managing members.

Should show: the Teams page with a list of teams, a Create team button, and a dialog for naming a team and adding members with a Lead / Member selector.
Add members later
Open the team and use Add member to bring in more people from the organization, or remove members who no longer need access.
